The present invention relates to a technique for an image recognition method using backlight in a vehicle. The method for image recognition using backlight in a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring an image of an object of interest by controlling a lighting unit; and recognizing the object of interest based on the acquired image. The present invention has an effect of improving recognition performance for a shape of the object of interest by using backlight. |
