The present invention relates to a display device. In particular, the present invention is directed to providing a touchscreen-integrated display device in which a driving electrode wiring for connecting a driving electrode of a touchscreen to a driving IC is arranged on only one of four non-display regions formed on edges of a panel, and a dummy driving wiring is arranged on each pixel that constitutes the driving electrode, wherein the dummy driving wiring corresponds to the driving electrode wiring but is not connected to the driving IC. To this end, the touchscreen-integrated display device according to the present invention includes receiving electrodes formed in the shapes of blocks in parallel with a data line in a panel; a driving electrode unit including driving electrodes arranged in a row between the receiving electrodes in parallel with a gate line formed in the panel; a receiving electrode wiring connected to the receiving electrodes and formed on a first non-display region of the panel; a driving electrode wiring extended to the first non-display region in parallel with the data line in each driving electrode; a driving IC arranged in a direction to the first non-display region to apply a common voltage or a driving pulse to the receiving electrode wirings and the driving electrode wirings connected to the plurality of driving electrode units; and a dummy driving wiring formed in each pixel covered by the driving electrode in parallel with the driving electrode wiring, the dummy driving wiring not being connected to the driving IC. |
