Disclosed are a method of setting a transceiver driver for an automotive open system architecture (AUTOSAR) and an apparatus thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle electronic device comprises the steps of setting the transceiver driver provided by an AUTOSAR specifications document, and setting the transceiver driver additionally according to a transceiver chip provided by a vendor.
