The present invention relates to a modified hybrid polyester composition which comprises: polycyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate resin; 0.1-30 parts by weight of one or more copolymers selected from among polycarbonate, polycyclohexylene terephthalate, and polyethylene terephthalate glycol, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polycyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate resin; and 0.01-10 parts by weight of nanoclay. According to the present invention, a modified hybrid polyester composition having excellent thermal properties, excellent dimensional stability, and excellent mechanical properties can be obtained.
