The present invention relates to an iron powder removing device of a working fluid for a wire-cut electric discharge machine, and more particularly, to an iron powder removing device of a working fluid for a wire-cut electric discharge machine, which effectively removes iron powder generated during wire electric discharge machining in order to prevent machining faults generated during electric discharge machining and prevent poor processing caused by the faults. The objective of the present invention is to provide iron powder removing device of a working fluid for a wire-cut electric discharge machine, which can remove fine iron powder generated during wire electric discharge machining so that iron powder is not included in a working fluid, thereby preventing the generation of discharge failure and improving the precision of electric discharge machining. To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the device comprises: a cyclone (1), which separates the iron powder and water of a working fluid when a pump inhales a discharge working fluid and provides the working fluid; a valve (2) installed in the lower part of the cyclone (1), which prevents the iron powder from being dropped to a container (3) or allows the iron powder to be dropped; the container (3), which stores the iron powder being dropped to the lower part of the cyclone (1); and a one-touch coupler, which is constructed to combine or separate the container (3) and the cyclone (1). |
