The spotlight has a fixed flange and a movable ring (10) for supporting a lamp (7). A bush (6) is electrically connected to a power supply terminal (1). An assembly of the flange, ring and the bush is clamped and fixed by springs (2) in a support or ceiling (3). An air sealing device is obtained by joints e.g. flat joints (4, 8) and O-ring (9). One of the joints is positioned between the flange and the ceiling. The O-ring is installed on the movable ring to assure sealing between the fixed flange and the movable ring. The other joint is positioned between the lamp and a holder or movable ring.
