The accessory (100) has a transverse pipe (110) for routing an electric wire through a mural wall (500), where one end (111) of the pipe is provided with a flange (121) having a planar back face intended to be turned towards the pipe. A washer (140) includes two opposite faces covered with an adhesive layer, where one of the faces of the washer is stuck on the back face of the flange. A guidance element guides the electric wire placed at the end of the transverse pipe, where the guidance element is equipped with a widened part connected to the flange. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a kit for manufacturing an electric wire routing accessory (2) a method for installation of an accessory in a mural wall.
