An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate in which red, green, and blue pixel regions are defined; a first electrode and a first hole transport layer formed on the substrate; a first light emitting common layer, a second light emitting common layer, and a third light emitting common layer formed on each pixel region of the first hole transport layer; and an electron transport layer and a second electrode formed on the third light emitting common layer. Accordingly, a light emitting layer can be formed without a fine metal mask (FMM) since a separate light emitting layer doesn′t need be formed for each pixel region, thereby problems due to color mixing prevention and faulty mask can be resolved and process simplification and production cost reduction can be achieved. |
