<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device capable of increasing a lifetime thereof by preventing the degradation of a hole transport layer by inputting remaining electrons or excitons from a light emitting layer to the hole transport layer. According to one embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a light emitting device which includes: a substrate; a first electrode which is formed on the substrate; a hole injection layer which is formed on the first electrode; the hole transport layer which is formed on the hole injection layer; a buffer layer which is formed on the hole transport layer; a light emitting layer which is formed on the buffer layer; an electron transport layer which is formed on the light emitting layer; an electron injection layer which is formed on the electron transport layer; a second electrode which is formed on the electron injection layer; and a blocking layer which is formed between the hole transport layer and the buffer layer in contact with the hole transport layer and the buffer layer.</p> |
