<p>Disclosed are a transparent conductive layer, a method of manufacturing the same, and an array substrate, an organic electroluminescence device and a touch panel using the same. The disclosed transparent conductive layer comprises a nanowire divided into a conductive part and an insulating part on a substrate; and a transparent electrode formed as the conductive part of the nanowire. According to the transparent conductive layer, a method of manufacturing the same, and an array substrate, an organic electroluminescence device and a touch panel using the same of the present invention, a photoresist pattern formed for patterning and a fine and uniform transparent electrode can be formed almost without any errors. It is possible to form an even transparent conductive layer having a uniform thickness without any step difference of including the transparent electrode through electric patterning without changing the structure. The even transparent conductive layer having no step difference includes conductive and non-conductive regions having optical refractive indexes similar to each other, so that problems caused due to an etching error can be prevented. In addition, when the transparent conductive layer is formed with a silver nanowire, the transparent conductive layer can be formed to have transmittance higher than that of an ITO electrode and a resistance lower than that of the ITO electrode, which is used for an existing transparent electrode.</p> |
