Disclosed is a method for controlling a mobile terminal. The method for controlling a mobile terminal according to the present invention includes the steps of storing a voice inputted by a user as voice history data by an object unit; receiving a voice input including a search word from the user; filtering the search word from the voice history data; and displaying at least one search result which is filtered.
