Disclosed are: a method and a device for monitoring a temperature using ultrasound capable of monitoring the temperature of inhomogeneous tissues by considering a component ratio between components composing the tissues, generating ultrasonic velocity data according to the temperature in the inhomogeneous tissues, and using the ultrasonic velocity data to monitor the temperature of the tissues; and a system for treatment and diagnosis using ultrasound.
