<p>The present invention relates to a fluidized bed reactor used for polysilicon production and, more specifically, to a fluidized bed reactor for polysilicon production which is capable of alleviating the stress generated by the difference between the thermal expansion coefficients of a cell which constitutes the reactor and a reaction pipe by using a stress-absorbing member. The fluidized bed reactor consisting of a reactor cell and a reaction pipe made up of different materials, comprises: a head having a seed entrance to input silicon particles and an exhaust gas processing unit to discharge the exhaust gas processing unit; a reactor cell connected to the lower part of the head; a reaction pipe arranged inside the reactor cell; and a stress-absorbing member disposed between the upper surface of the reaction pipe and the head, whereby here, the stress-absorbing member absorbs the stress according to the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient of the reactor cell and the reaction pipe in a high temperature environment.</p> |
