A kinematic device comprises: - an input shaft (31); - a device (3) for converting the rotary movement of the shaft into an alternating movement; - a mass (32) connected to the alternating-movement element of the device for converting the rotary movement of the shaft into an alternating movement; - a second mass (42); and - an interconnector mechanism that connects the first mass (32) and the second mass (42), of the type converting a movement in the linear direction of the first mass (32) into a movement in the linear direction, in the opposite direction, of the second mass (42); the mass relationship between the first mass and the second mass being such that said masses give rise, on the interconnector mechanism, to an action of equal value and opposite direction in that the interconnector mechanism comprises a set of mutually articulated rigid bars. An electrical energy generator by electromagnetic induction comprises: a magnetic component; electroconducting components; and a kinematic device as described above. |
