The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of black soybean sauce, and the black soybean sauce provided in the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of black soybean sauce in which almost no chemical sweeteners are used by producing a black soybean sauce that mixes a fast-fermented bean paste (Cheonggukjang) with a conventional kind of fermented soybean product at an appropriate ratio, while allowing the taste of conventional black soybean sauce to be smoother and the sauce to smell better, providing a well-being food.
