Disclosed is a steam generator structure of a steam convection oven. The steam generator structure of a steam convention oven comprises: a main body part; a door which opens and closes an opening front part of a cooking chamber; an operation part controlling the temperature of the cooking chamber; and a steam generator supplying heat and vapor into the cooking chamber of the main body part. The steam generator (30) comprises: a water storage tank (32) which is placed on a rear part of the main body part (3) and has, on a upper side, a guide tube part (31) guiding steam and heat into the cooking chamber (2); a combustion part (33) which heats water in the water storage tank (32) using high temperature combustion heat generated by combusting mixed gas; a heat exchange part (13) which is installed in the water storage tank (32), is connected to the combustion part (33), and generates high temperature steam by heating water in the water storage tank (32) using high temperature combustion heat supplied from the combustion part (33); and an exhaust gas duct (14) which is connected with the heat exchange part (13) to be communicated, is supported on the upper part of the water storage tank (32), and discharges exhaust gas to outside. The combustion part (33) includes a combustion chamber (34) installed on a lower part of the water storage tank (32), and a lower part of the combustion chamber (34) has a round structure (RS) to prevent swirl from being generated and increase combustion performance. The present invention can prevent swirl from being generated and increase combustion performance when mixed gas of fuel gas and air are combusted. |
