Disclosed is a hydraulic supply system of an automatic gearbox for vehicles. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a low pressure oil pump operated by an electric motor generates oil stored in an oil pan at low pressure to supply oil to a low pressure unit and a cooler. A high pressure oil pump operated by the electric motor raises some of the low oil pressure to a high pressure to supply the oil to a high pressure unit through a high pressure oil path. A pressure sensor is formed in a low pressure oil path at the entrance of the cooler. The RPM of the electric motor is controlled by a transmission control unit based on the information detected by the pressure sensor.
