摘要 The present invention relates to a jig device for manufacturing a stator core of a high speed or a superhigh speed electric machine and to a method for manufacturing a stator core using the same and, more specifically, to a jig device for manufacturing a stator core of a high speed or a superhigh speed electric machine and to a method for manufacturing a stator core, capable of easily proceeding concentrated winding of coil on each segmented stator core by applying a stator core of a high speed motor, a power generator and a motor generator etc. as an amorphous material and simultaneously manufacturing the stator core in a divisional structure. In other words, the present invention has appropriately arranged a multi-layered split core having a circular-arc shape yoke and teeth in a body by the use of a separable jig device and conducts a riveting on a circular-arc shape yoke area while conducting a laser welding on the teeth part of each segmented core protruding through the separable jig device in order to complete separable stator core (hereinafter referred to as a separable core) having each metal pin formed in a body. Provided in the present invention is the jig device for manufacturing a stator core of a high speed and a superhigh speed electric machine and a method for manufacturing a stator core using the same which enables an easy coil winding process without any interference in the teeth part of the completed separable core.
