Disclosed is a method for manufacturing forming bellows. The present invention includes: a primary pre-forming step in which a cylindrical metal plate is primarily pre-formed by a wide block-shaped mold having more than one wavelike groove and without any straight line; a step for vertically compressing the primarily pre-formed bellows; and a step for removing the weight from the compressed forming bellows.
