摘要 The present invention relates to a technology about an AC electroluminescent device (EL device) and, more specifically, to a technology about the AC EL device applying a quantum dot composite light emitting layer which is manufactured by spin coating the mixture solution of a luminescent polymer, a colloid quantum dot, SWNT, and a block copolymer which can be manufactured in the mass production and in a large area by the solution process, enables free mixing and tuning of the color, and especially, enables the white light formation. Moreover, a light emitting device, which exhibits the higher brightness than the simple sum of the brightness of single luminescent polymer and single quantum dot, can be manufactured.
