According to the present invention, a burner apparatus for preheating a tundish includes a fuel nozzle for spraying fuel to a tundish; an air nozzle which is formed on the outer periphery of the fuel nozzle for spraying the air to the tundish to combust the fuel; and a guide pipe which is formed along the outer periphery of the air nozzle for guiding the fuel and air into the tundish.
