The present invention relates to a method for producing polyurethane filter foam using a long block of a polyurethane foamed body. A long block of a polyurethane foamed body, instead of a short block of a polyurethane foamed body, is sliced and wound on a roll in order to be treated under a compulsive explosion process (reticulation process). Accordingly, a product of a desired size can be produced without restriction on the length of a product. Even a product having a smooth cut surface and a thin thickness can be efficiently produced. Also, the method is semi-continuously performed so that productivity can be remarkably improved. |
