The present invention relates to a gateway forming a channel with a Wi-Fi direct device. More specifically, the gateway and the Wi-Fi direct device are connected to each other based on an MAC address and SSID of the Wi-Fi direct device. When an authentication password is created by combining a public key defined during the production, the authentication password is encrypted by using a security module such as WAP and EAP. In response, the gateway decrypts the authentication password transmitted from the Wi-Fi direct device, and reversely processes the authentication password into a private key serviced by a product company. Thus, the authentication between the gateway and a Wi-Fi direct device is automatically performed when the MAC address and SSID of the Wi-Fi direct device are found out and the gateway and the Wi-Fi direct device are paired to each other, thereby easily installing and using the Wi-Fi direct device. |
