The present invention relates to a DNA aptamer specifically bonding to herbicide-resistant PAT protein, and a use of the same. The DNA aptamer of the present invention has an activity of specifically bonding to the herbicide-resistant PAT protein so that useful information can be provided for rapidly detecting and diagnosing the herbicide-resistant PAT protein in samples such as agriculture products and processed food products.
