<p>Provided is a technique for suppressing the deterioration of efficiency of a fuel pump while curbing the occurrence of siphonage when the fuel pump is stopped. A fuel supply apparatus (10) comprises a fuel tank (12), a reserve cup (14), a fuel pump (20), a jet pump (60), a fuel supply path (50), an air introducing path, and an air hole bag valve (70). The jet pump (60) is driven with fuel discharged from the fuel pump (20), sucks fuel in the fuel tank, and discharges the fuel into the reserve cup. The fuel supply path (50) connects the fuel pump (20) with the jet pump (60), and supplies a part of fuel discharged from the fuel pump (20) to the jet pump (60). The air introducing path is in communication with the fuel supply path (50), and includes an air hole to introduce air from outside the fuel pump. The air hole bag valve (70) closes the air hole when the fuel pump (20) is driven, and opens the air hole when the fuel pump (20) is stopped.</p> |
