An apparatus to provide a three-dimensional image according to the present invention comprises an external device which each viewer wears, and through which each viewer can adjust a disparity value of a three-dimensional image; and a display device on which a three-dimensional image is displayed, and can send a control signal to control the external device. According to the present invention, an optimal three-dimensional image can be provided to each individual having a different visual fatigue sensitivity by the same apparatus, and an optimal three-dimensional image can be provided to each individual watching the same apparatus. By directly being applied to the display device industry providing a three-dimensional image, the market for three-dimensional image providing apparatus can be expanded.
