The wheel has a disk with a circumferential groove, a radial external part (32) for blocking of a blade, and a radial internal part (34). The internal part is ready to present itself in a radially deployed configuration and in a retracted configuration. The internal part causes rotation of a bolt (46) like rotation of a set of telegraphic portions (45) between feet of the blade and a tread groove. The rotation of the internal part leads to elastic strain so as to generate a spring force such that the internal part is moved towards its deployed configuration. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembly of a wheel.
