The device has temperature sensors in consumable plastic plates (1) of PCR 96 wells according to definite positions for characterization of temperature of thermoblocs (5) of PCR 96 wells, where the temperature sensors are negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors. The temperature sensors are positioned on specific sites in the plastic plates of PCR 96 wells, and are immersed in an aqueous solution or a thermal paste while taking account of measures on the level of a sample, where the sensors are introduced according to SBS standard.
