A DESIGN FORMATION METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR PILE-TEXTILE

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for forming a pattern on pile fabric. Particularly, the pattern is formed through the deformation of pile by spraying high-temperature and high-pressure hot air onto a pile portion of the pile fabric to be patterned while transferring and supplying the pile fabric. The high-temperature and high-pressure hot air allows the pattern to be formed through the deformation of pile while the spraying position of the hot air is moved vertically up and down from the upper side of the pile fabric or the spraying angle thereof is adjusted back and forth. Therefore, the pile is processed in dry condition by spraying hot air having higher temperature and pressure than steam instead of steam as in the past, so that the process is simple and the deformation efficiency of the pile is high to obtain excellent quality. Furthermore, the deformation of the pile can be variously formed while the spraying position of the hot air is moved up and down or the spraying angle thereof is adjusted back and forth, thereby providing excellent marketability by various pattern formation.
