The present invention relates to a method for searching images by selecting an object of interest in the image. The method comprises the following steps: outputting an image; receiving selection information for the location of an object of interest in the image from a user interface; tracing a moving path of the object of interest by extracting the object of interest from the image using the selection information; and overlapping and outputting the image and the moving path of the object of interest.
