The present invention relates to a mobile communications system and a method of ending an abnormal call thereof which is configured so that a gateway provides a policy management device for a charging process according to a call connection with a notice of ending resource allocation for the call connection, when an end of a call connection of a user terminal is sensed. According to the present invention, since the policy management device may sense, without a time delay, that the call connection of the user terminal is ended, wrong charging the user terminal can be prevented. Thus, since the policy management device accurately recognizes the ending time of the call connection of the user terminal, preventing the wrong charging of the user terminal can be prevented. |
