An installation method for an insert flange type tundish for a drain is disclosed. The installation method for an insert flange type tundish for a drain is a method for installing an insert flange type tundish for a drain on a deck steel plate. In the insert flange type tundish for a drain, a drain inlet is formed in the upper part thereof, an insert flange is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the drain inlet, a pipe body is formed in the lower part of the drain inlet, and a coupling flange is formed in the lower part of the pipe body for being coupled to other pipes. A hole is formed on the deck steel plate so that the coupling flange can penetrate. After inserting the insert flange type tundish for a drain into the deck steel plate, the insert flange and the deck steel plate are welded. |
