In a system for confirming effectiveness for approval using a mobile communication terminal when paying with a financial card according to the present invention, a mobile communication terminal is used by a customer who uses the financial card. When the customer requests payment processing by the financial card, a member store terminal outputs a request signal for payment processing with respect to the financial card. When receiving the request signal for payment processing from the member store terminal, a card company server transmits approval confirmation information for determining whether approval is valid or invalid to the mobile communication terminal. When the mobile communication terminal inputs the approval confirmation information and transmits the approval confirmation information, the card company server determines whether the approval confirmation information transmitted to the mobile communication terminal is matched with the information received from the mobile communication terminal. When the received information is matched with the approval confirmation information transmitted to the mobile communication terminal, the card company server transmits an approval effective signal to the member store terminal. When the approval effective signal is received, the member store terminal performs the payment processing with respect to the financial card. |
