The present invention relates to an acrylic copolymer and an adhesive composition comprising the same and, more specifically, to an acrylic copolymer and an adhesive composition comprising the same, which, by containing a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1, can remarkably reduce curing period without containing separate crosslinking promoter elements and achieve excellence in adhesive durability and rework properties under severe conditions (high temperature and high humidity). In chemical formula 1, R_1 is H or CH_3, X is H, a halogen group or a hydrocarbon group having the number of carbon atoms of 1 to 6, R_2 is hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group having the number of carbon atoms of 1 to 12, R_3 is a hydrocarbon group having the number of carbon atoms 1 to 12 or a hydrocarbon group containing N, O, and S and having the number of carbon atoms of 1 to 12, and R_4 is a direct bond or a hydrocarbon group having the number of carbon atoms of 1 to 12. |
