The present invention relates to an MYB7 gene promoter characterized by seed-specific expression, a seed-specific recombinant expression vector comprising the promoter, and a method for producing a target protein by using the same. According to the present invention, by seed-specifically inducing the target protein gene, it is possible to limit the expression to a seed without affecting plant growth.
