The present invention relates to a riser transfer apparatus for a ship to transfer a riser loaded inside a cargo hold of a ship to the top of a deck, comprising a first crane part installed on a ceiling inside the cargo hold to lift and transfer the riser to a stationary position; a second crane part which is installed outside the cargo hold, which is positioned vertically above the stationary position, and which transfers the riser on the stationary position to the outside of the cargo hold; and a riser transfer part which is positioned between the first crane part and the riser, which has a stationary position of the riser, and which includes an accepting body for sliding in the lateral direction of the cargo hold.
