The present invention relates to a laser touch pen convertible to a ballpoint pen, including a laser indicator (31) of which operation is controlled using a laser button (35) installed on the outer side of a body (10), wherein a coupling (21) is coupled to an upper part of a fixed gear (13), a conductive touch pen (2) is coupled to an upper part of the coupling (21), a ballpoint refill (11) and a rotating gear (14) are coupled to each other having a metallic support (15) interposed therebetween, a first spring (16) is coupled to an upper part of the support (15) so as to be coupled to a lower part of the coupling (21), and a second spring (17) is installed between an upper part of a guide gear (12) and the coupling (21) so that the touch pen (2) constantly protrudes. |
