The present invention relates to a support system, a service, and a method for a wireless data communications network based call service. When the service device receives an error message representing session update failure from an exchange device connected to a receiving-side terminal device after delivering an update message regularly transmitted from the receiving-side terminal device, the present invention generates charging information including information on a call connection time of a disconnected call and information on a call end reason representing that a call is ended due to the session update failure, and transmits the charging information to a charging device so that the charging device may perform a charging process except for a delay time until the session update failure is recognized. |
