The present invention relates to a capacitor comprising a first substrate, a first capacity unit formed on the first substrate; a protection layer formed on the first substrate; a second capacity unit formed on the protection layer; and a second substrate formed on the second capacity unit. More specifically, the first capacity unit comprises a first lower electrode, a first dielectric layer, and a first upper electrode and the second capacity unit comprises a second lower electrode, a second dielectric layer, and a second upper electrode.
