摘要 The present invention relates to a portable device and a method of measuring a pollution level of mine drainage using a fluorescent organism. The purpose of the present invention is to improve reliability by measuring the pollution level of the mine drainage based on the survival amount and active mass of the fluorescent organism. The portable mine drainage pollution level measuring device using the fluorescent organism according to the present invention comprises a case (10); a sample holder (20) which is formed on the case and detachably stores samples in which clean water and contaminated water are filled with the fluorescent organism in a transparent container; a light emitting unit (30) emits an LED wavelength to the sample stored in the sample holder by receiving power; and a photomultiplier (40) which receives a fluorescent wavelength generated by passing the sample of the sample holder, amplifies the fluorescent wavelength, and converted the fluorescent wavelength into a voltage.
