The present invention relates to an endothelium for a container bag with a double-outlet and the container bag including same. The present invention includes: a cylindrical endothelium (1) which includes an inner outlet over unit (11) installed on the inner side of the endothelium outlet (10) by a heat-sealing unit (11); a parallelepiped or cylindrical integument outlet (2) which is formed to surround the endothelium, and is installed to extend in the vertical direction to penetrate the endothelium inlet (20) and endothelium outlet (10) of the endothelium (1) in the center of the upper and lower side; an integument (2) including the integument outlet; four handle units (70) installed to be spaced apart by a predetermined space on the both side surfaces of the upper part of the integument (2); and binding straps (60) of the endothelium inlet (20) and endothelium outlet (10). |
