<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of unpacking and disentangling a packed waste in the lump state.SOLUTION: A constitution is adopted, comprising a pusher 3 for sending a packed body 1 onto a rotary table 2, and a rocking arm 7 for supporting a copy roller 4 and a rotary cutter 6 rockably along the surface of the packed body 1, after fitting to the same rotary shaft 5, the copy roller 4 and the rotary cutter 6 following the surface of the packed body 1 rotating in the loaded state on the rotary table 2. If necessary, in the rocking arm 7, the copy roller 4 and the rotary cutter 6 are fitted on the same rotary shaft 5 at the rocking end of the rocking arm 7 fitted on a base shaft 8, and a fixed arm 9 provided position adjustably and fixably on the base shaft 8, and an air cylinder 10 for adjusting pressing force of the rotary cutter 6 and the copy roller 4 positioned between the tip of the fixed arm 9 and a middle point of the rocking arm 7 are extendedly provided.</p> |
