The invention relates to a cross-member arrangement and a method for production of a cross-member arrangement for a motor vehicle. The cross-member arrangement consists of a cross-member (1) and at least one fastening structure (10, 11, 12, 13) for a component to be mounted on the cross-member (1), said fastening structure being undetachably connected to the cross-member (1). The production method comprises the steps: providing the cross-member (1) from a thermoplastic FRP tube (1), heating the FRP tube (1) on at least one joining point for the fastening structure and inserting the FRP tube (1) together with the fastening structure (10, 11, 12, 13) disposed at the joining point into an injection moulding tool, applying a supporting pressure (Pi) in the interior of the FRP tube (1), compressing the FRP tube (1) with the fastening structure (10, 11, 12, 13), injection moulding a plastic structure around the joining point. |
