A radiation signal processing device which comprises: a receiving means which receives, from a radiography device which takes an image based on irradiated radiation as well as detects radiation dose and outputs a signal that represents a detection result, the signal that represents the detection result, as a digital signal; and a conversion means which converts the digital signal that represents the detection result received by the receiving means into an analog signal which can be recognized by a radiation delivery device that delivers radiation to the radiography device as well as stops delivery of radiation when the radiation reaches a prescribed radiation dose.
