The invention relates to a drive device for a displaceable component, comprising a first fastening element, which can be connected to a stationary first component, and second component, which can be displaced axially relative thereto on the end opposite the first fastening element and which has a second fastening element, which can be fastened to the displaceable component at its end opposite the first fastening element. The device also comprises a spindle drive, which has a threaded spindle (3) and a spindle nut arranged on the threaded spindle (3) and which can displaceably drive the first component and the second component axially relative to one another. The spindle drive can be reversibly rotatably driven around an axis of rotation (6) by a drive shaft that can be rotatably driven by a rotary drive arranged non-rotatably in a housing, the axis of rotation extending coaxially towards the threaded spindle (3), the device further comprising a braking device which can prevent the first and second components from moving axially relative to each other by applying axial force to the first and/or second component. |
