<p>The method involves pre-fabricating a fish to be processed by filleting the fish for recovery of fish fillets (1). The transverse fillets are cut to a longitudinal fillet (3) along longitudinal axis of netting such that fish fillet cubes are generated. The sliced fish fillets are prepared, where the length of the fish fillet is in a range of 2 to 4 mm. The prepared and cut fish fillets are frozen for preservation. The fillets are packaged for subsequent preparation. A bone cutter (6) is utilized for cutting the fish fillet to be processed. An independent claim is also included for an installation device for preparing fish fillets.</p>
