[Problem] To provide a light-emitting element that can be used across the entire surface as a source of illumination and can also be used across the entire surface as a mirror or a reflecting plate having good reflectivity. [Solution] This light-emitting element has: a transparent substrate; a first electrode layer comprising at least one transparent electrode part and at least one reflecting part for reflecting external light, the first electrode layer being formed on the transparent substrate; an organic light emission structure layer formed on the first electrode layer; and a second electrode layer formed on the organic light emission structure layer.
