The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. A method for transmitting channel status information on multiple transmission points using a terminal in the wireless communication system comprises a step of receiving settings for reporting channel status information; and a step of selecting one or more sub-bands to which the channel status information on each of first and second transmission points is reported according to the settings for reporting the channel status information. The settings for reporting the channel status information contain information whether a sub-band on the first transmission point needs to be selected along with a sub-band on the second transmission point.
