The present invention relates to an Orostachys japonicus enzyme, which is prepared by putting sugar in Orostachys japonicus, then fermenting and aging the Orostachys japonicus and used as an additive for many kinds of foods or tea by adding Orostachys japonicus powder and water to the Orostachys japonicus enzyme, and a method for manufacturing the Orostachys japonicus enzyme. The manufacturing method comprises: a step for collecting Orostachys japonicus except roots thereof and washing foreign substances off, and air-drying the washed Orostachys japonicus for 2-6 hours; a step for putting the dried Orostachys japonicus in a rolling machine and processing the same; a step for putting sugar powder into the processed Orostachys japonicus and mixing evenly, then letting stand until the sugar powder is completely dissolved and liquefied; a step for making an essence by putting the dissolved sugar and Orostachys japonicus in a stirrer and stirring, then fermenting in the shade after being sealed; and a step for removing solids of the essence and aging only liquids in a ripening container. |
