PISTON SEAL

The present invention relates to a piston seal in which a frame body and sealing rubber are integrated. The piston seal of the present invention comprises: an annular frame body made of hard materials capable of maintaining the shape; and sealing rubber to divide the hollow of the cylinder case by being positioned in a shape integrated with the frame body on the outer part of the frame body and by being stuck to the inner wall hollow of a cylinder case. The sealing rubber is integrated with the frame body by being injected into a mold to which the frame body is positioned. Manufacturing costs are reduced and assembly deviation does not occur because the piston seal of the present invention is formed as the frame body made of hard materials and flexible sealing rubber are integrated by injection-molding. Furthermore, sealing efficiency is excellent because the phenomenon in which the sealing rubber is rolled in the sliding movement of the piston seal.
